What do we DO?

We cultivate premium specialty mushrooms on REAL wood logs at Hampton Mushrooms, combining traditional Japanese techniques with modern technology under the canopy of our trees in the hills of northwest New Jersey. We use 100% sustainable practices to offer nutrient-rich mushrooms while promoting education, agritourism, and culinary excellence.
